Our headquarters is in Greenville, South Carolina. Products are sold principally throughout the United States of America and to a lesser degree worldwide.

A. The company is closely held by the third generation of the Orders family. James (Jimmy) B. Orders, III, president, David K. Orders, vice president
and John H. Orders, vice president are the stockholders.

A. Park Place does not publish an annual report. We have several hundred associates (employees) and our annual sales are less than $100 million.

A. Our Mission Statement directly addresses this. The company stockholders consider themselves to be temporary stewards of the corporate resources.
We practice a policy of corporate tithing with the proceeds accruing to Orders Foundation.
